Saving £100's at the dentist!

I spent this morning at the dental hospital getting my teeth treated for free by dental students. My tooth cracked, I was so upset because decay had got into it through the crack and I thought I was going to have to have a root canal but luckily they managed to save it!

Today they were checking on how it was doing and giving another tooth the tiniest filling I've ever seen! And they also coated two of my teeth with a protective coating as they showed early signs of decay, so this will seal the teeth and kill the little bit of decay.

They are so lovely and professional, take their time and all work is double checked by a supervisor. I looked up the cost of a filling at my local dentist and it would be £100.
The resin coating would be £335! If I had a root canal it would have been £376.

My husband went a month ago and got a crown which would have been £425 at our local dentist!

My dental students are in their 4th year, are brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had to get the bus there and back and used the money I got from selling that dress of my daughters the other day! xx
